Nuii’ is a pure Korean word meaning ‘one’s entire lifetime.’ Nuiit combines ‘Nuii’ and ‘Training,’ representing an exercise program designed for a person’s lifelong well-being. Ritual Mind is a sound therapy meditation space located in a renovated Hanok in Seochon, Jongno. It opens private and group sessions using Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls, and gongs every weekend, and also operates incense meditation, tea meditation, and six singing bowl training courses. In the Hanok with a courtyard and a rooftop, a maximum of six people can stay to restore the balance of body and mind by leaning on sound.

Built in 1913, Baek In-je House is the largest modern Hanok in Bukchon. With its Sarangchae, Anchae, Byeoldangchae, and garden harmoniously arranged, it represents a unique cultural asset. Founded in 794 during the Silla Dynasty, Bongeunsa has stood for over a millennium in the heart of Gangnam. It is a tranquil place of practice for monks and believers, and a cultural healing site for visitors. BREATH LAB Gangnam is led by a founder who is a Myongji University yoga professor, a Jogye Order meditation ambassador, a freediving instructor, and a singing bowl healer. 1:1 circulation care combines a breathing assessment with device and singing bowl therapies.
