Located on the 81st floor of Signiel Seoul, Bicena offers contemporary Korean cuisine centered around traditional fermentation. Its culinary philosophy focuses on seasonal ingredients, presented in fine courses named in pure Korean. Dishes are served on elegant Kwangjuyo ceramics paired with Hwayo liquor and fine wines. Since opening in 2012, Bicena has held one Michelin star for 10 consecutive years since 2017.
