Established by Monk Jeongsan Kim Yeonsik, Sanchon has been serving temple cuisine since 1980. It introduced temple recipes to the public, offering set menus of wild greens and seasonal dishes. Connected to “Gallery Mona Lisa Sanchon,” the restaurant combines art, culture, and cuisine, with piano performances and an atmosphere enriched by international Buddhist statues and plants.
