Nowon Uimaru, located along the Ui Stream in Uicheon-ro, Nowon-gu, is a waterfront complex cultural space established as ‘Seoul Mulbit Naru No. 19’ under the Seoul Water-Sensory City project. It features a book step, an indoor musical fountain, a rooftop observatory, and a ramen cooking room. During the summer season from March to November, it remains open until 9 p.m. Unlike typical waterfront shelters, this relaxation space blends books and music together throughout all four seasons.
